The Rotal Lawyers are the only lawyers authorized to plead before the Tribunal of the Roman Rota and all ecclesiastical courts of first and second instance.

Who they are and why to choose them

The Rotali Lawyers, those who have obtained their qualification at the Tribunal of the Roman Rota, the so-called Sacred Rota, and are entitled to plead before all ecclesiastical courts of first and second instance. In addition to having a considerable expertise, thanks to the long course of studies, they therefore have the undoubted advantage of being able to follow the same case in different jurisdictions. The difficulty and selection to access this title justify the very small number of Rotali lawyers, or about 290 worldwide.
